3</a>, we tried to get ideas of some concurrent solution existing in the
present market. Now, in this recent post I would like to cite some third-party
tools, which are capable to change the entire game of Android development and
ease the pains of developers at greater extent.<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<h3>
Third-Party Android Tools – Game Changer</h3>
<div class="MsoNormal">
With the pace of time, Android being an open and malleable
platform, have established a rich ecosystem of 3rd party developers
and accumulate treasure of various tools. These vast contributions have
gradually changed the ways of how Android application designers, Android
application programmers, and Android application testers work and accomplish
their challenges with desired success. Let’s check which tools, frameworks,
technologies, and services have left or leaving great impacts on the Android
app developer community by-and-large. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Emulator – Genymotion</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
No doubt, Android SDK carries out-of-box emulators, but
Genymotion is faster than those in-built tools so it is getting momentum among
the Android community.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Hybrid Extensions and
Plug-ins</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If you opt for robust functionality, out-of-box features,
and excellent user experiences accumulation of various plug-ins are essential such
as social sharing plug-ins, cloud integration, email composers, native page
transitions, and many AWS like web services.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Chromium WebView</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Web components are essential part of mobile app development
and for Android platform Google has introduced Chrome V8 JavaScript engine with
the release of android KitKat updates. These web components are available for
developers in form of WebView. Thus, taking help through WebView may offer
modern web standard support to the Android developers in their app development. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">HTML Application
Runtime – Crosswalk</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
We know WebView now and its ultimate benefits for obtaining
web services in Android applications. However, by nature web components need
constant updates and providing them runtime engine is essential to avoid manual
updates of WebView frequently. Crosswalk is giving HTML based application
runtime services.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Thus, Android developers can leverage the emerging web and
mobile technologies such as:</div>

Therefore, the portable Crosswalk runtime engine for HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript based applications eliminates constant updates of Android WebView

Gradle-based build system, code template to create common app features without
ditching things from the scratch, editor with Intellisense, abilities to
utilize imported classes, etc. These are something that modern Android developers
love in the latest IDE and fortunately, Android Studio pass their tests for
selection of IDE in Android app development.</div>

<i>Summary</i>:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
When we are designing a navigation scheme or a menu, we
should consider user interaction events besides the navigation layout,
appearance, and links. As the user journey begins with the user interactions
with the interface and navigation interface has its own kinds of events. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">

<i>Intro</i>:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
In this series, we are exploring
various aspects of navigation designing for web and mobile. In the <a href="https://bestjoomladevelopmentcompany.wordpress.com/2015/01/14/designing-simple-predictable-comfortable-navigation-part-1/">first
part of this series</a>, we have seen how navigation symbols take parts in
successful navigation designs and in the <a href="https://bestjoomladevelopmentcompany.wordpress.com/2015/01/16/designing-simple-predictable-comfortable-navigation-part-2/">second
part of the series</a>, we had explored the target areas further. Now, in this
current third part, we are aiming to dig the most common interaction events in
navigation menus or schemes designing. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Generally, four kinds of
interaction events take place when the users begin interactions with UI and particularly,
on navigation menus or schemes on the web and mobile client devices. They are hovering,
clicking, scrolling, and typing. Among these, hovering may not applicable in
responsive design on mobile devices in particular. However, we will explore
some aspects of hovering interaction events in this post because still half of
our users are coming from desktops and laptops like big screen devices where
pointing devices are in action, not the touch gestures.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Hovering Interaction Event<o:p></o:p></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Mouse over or hovering event is
generally used in case of text links effects, tool tips effects, popup fire-up
events, and now in pop up of navigation menu. Good web designers know that
hovering event on navigation menu may cause accidental opening of menu when
users simply traverse on different parts of the website and crossing the
navigation bars.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
At user experience point of view,
it is annoying users and its has simple clue to stop such accidental opening
that is giving a delay of 0.5 seconds when curser arriving on the target area. Of
course, designers should take care once the 0.5 seconds over, hovering event
should take place within 0.1 second otherwise, your users will get bad
impression of your website. The same is true when mouse curser go away from the
active areas of the corresponding menu button and menu itself. There should be
a delay of 0.5 second to close the menu window and it should accomplish within
next 0.1 second.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
In mega websites, designers take
help of another workaround and it is to create a temporary invisible target
area in order to avoid accidental appearing or disappearing of popup menu
during traveling to the intended links on window/menu from the main navigation
button.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<i>Tooltips<o:p></o:p></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
With hovering interaction, event
tooltips appear as navigation menu for categories and sub-categories items. This
trend is gaining ground due to some obvious benefits of tooltips in UX. However,
using tooltips on hovering is not entirely problem free and it might have
following issues at UX and Usability point of views.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 289.5pt; text-indent: -.25in;">
</div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;">It is difficult to know that whether tooltips
exist or not</span></li>
<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;">It is possible for tooltips to obstruct the next
items in navigation</span></li>
<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;">There are possibilities of delay problems if
they are too short or too long</span></li>
<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;">Comparison between items become difficult in
tooltip hovering interaction event</span></li>
<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;">Tooltips are useless in responsive design when
mobile devices are client-devices</span></li>
</ul>
<!--[if !supportLists]--><br />
<div class="MsoNormal">

<div class="MsoNormal">
<i>Conclusion<o:p></o:p></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">

and cons of hovering interaction event in navigation design, the team of UX
experts and <b><i><a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/web-design-india.html">web

Summary:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Responsive websites or mobile apps have different use
contexts compared to desktop only versions. Therefore, their testing is always
a challenging task. Generally, we take two routes to test, one by general and
large scale testing or by broad assumptions while another is the designing of a
feature and testing it in its specific ways. In fact, they both are two extreme
ends of the testing spectrum, but participatory design of testing can bridge
them and offer contextual usability tests.</div>

<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: font376; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun;">As we are living
in mobile era and almost 50% population use mobile devices to access the web
for all purposes including critical shopping. As, the day before yesterday, we
were developing websites for desktop users and have used our testing system
accordingly. Therefore, we have tough time to offer excellent user experiences
and usability on mobile devices in responsive web designing endeavors. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoBodyText">

<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: font376; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun;">Today we have many
advance and appropriate testing systems, methods, and facilities to accomplish
our quality maintenance tasks for intricate responsive website development
project. For instance, we can run guerilla UX test with the least investment of
time and money. Same the way for usability testing, we have participatory
design to test our contextual interactions in real-time. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: font376; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun;">Why We Need Contextual Participatory Test<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoBodyText">
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: font376; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun;">Yes, contextual
testing matters more for the mobile website and application testing. As, we
know mobile used in wider and in unexpected use cases and contexts due to its
mobility factors against the standalone desktops or laptops with partial
mobility. For instance, when a mobile user accesses a website during its
commuting route, she has altogether different needs and issues with the website
from the other locations like office or home.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoBodyText">
<br /></div>

<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: font376; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun;">If we think on
getting out in the field for UX or usability testing with real users in
real-time, it becomes impossible to accomplish our project within given
timelines. Therefore, we have to simulate much of our contextual experiences in
the lab or in the areas of our vicinity in economic and safe ways. In due
course, industry has one refined approach for mobile testing and that is
participatory design. As, this test takes short time and limited users, as the participants,
we can go cost-effective ways without missing much quality credentials. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

field experiences and translate them in some wireframe like designs. Give
participant the pen-paper, drawing and cutout equipments, and tap and scissors

<div class="MsoNormal">
At present, we are developing very intricate software
products for desktop, web, and mobile. The development process demands
involvement of a big team of designers, programmers, and others in highly
collaborative ways. Thus, creating the right environment and process for the
development are challenging for modern project managers as well as software
development company. However, payoffs for such hard efforts are highly
rewarding and astounding. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
In software development companies, it is a general practice
of allocating work that they describe features and functionality needs in the
software. Unfortunately, never target the final goals of the software and never
try to inspire their development teams to think that how users will accomplish
their goals. This process involves the development teams around the common
vision. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If we want development team to work around the common
vision, we have to foster the culture of collaboration where we have to create
an environment and essential self-defending processes. In collaboration
culture, each team member would have common understanding of the software and
its goals. They have enough space to place their thoughts, opinions, and possible
solutions. There would be some discussions, arguments, and finally negotiation
or concession on a compromised solution. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Of course, these all processes will run under the
supervision of project manager or team leader who would have vision,
experiences, and expertise to lead the teams in right direction with active
involvement. In order to foster right collaboration culture, we have created
collaborative environment through physical space, virtual spaces, and running
discussion or feedback sessions.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Collaboration through
Physical Space</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
In process of creating collaborative environment, we need to
mix up team members according to their projects and personality or expertise so
they can easily fall in the fruitful discussions. Moreover, we have facilitated
their free movements among the other relevant teams or team members to the
project by offering open desk, standing table, couches, etc. facilities to they
can move around and work whenever needs arise.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
The next trait of collaborative environment is to
encouraging the flow of ideas and we can do this by allowing them to stick
notes, design sketches, prioritization lists of work, etc. encouraging
materials on the wall or on the predefined boards. Moreover, we can offer them
whiteboards to draw charts or development paths and modify after some
discussions.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Finally, we can allow other irrelevant, but software teams
or members of staff to run some dialogues informal ways on coffee table, launch
or canteen space, etc. places so they can look at the project from entirely different
perspectives with the help of people from the outside and can run some guerilla
survey for UX and usability if needed.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Collaboration through
Virtual Space</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Creating physical spaces for collaboration is somewhat
costly affairs for many software companies, but modern communication
technologies and collaboration software ease our some of the problems in cheaper
ways. For instance, we have Campfire, Slack, HitChat, etc. like collaborative
communication tools while Basecamp, Trello, Jira, etc. like tools are for
collaborative project management. Similarly, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc. are
collaborative source-code repository.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Thus, we have enough arsenals to create highly collaborative
and effective virtual spaces to work with a team or team members dispersed across
the globe and different time zones.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Fortunately, Lujayn has both kinds of collaborative spaces
where its in-house web and <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/mobile-development.html">mobile development</a></i></b>
teams are working in physical space and its teams of clients are working with its
in-house teams in virtual space, particularly in case of B2B clients. </div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Intro</i>:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
For mobile app developers, designing and programming user
experiences are challenging tasks at each stage of development. As, real UX is
only possible with real devices our attempts to simulate or emulate UX on our
desktop or laptop machines is a futile exercise.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Role of Simulators
& Emulators</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
However, practically testing our iOS or Android applications
on each real device is not a feasible option at all because of cost,
availability of devices, and time spend on testing. Therefore, most of mobile
application developers are using in-built simulators provided in SDK of the
respective OS platform. For instance, Apple offers official simulators in its
Xcode and you can easily use them on your Mac machine. You can test iPhone and
iPad screens with their hardware version and iOS version variations. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Similarly, Android provides emulators for Android devices
through ADT tools in Eclipse and in Android SDK. You can create Android Virtual
Device (AVD) for the choice of your real Android device to test and can beat
the huge fragmentation related issues on the Android platform. For rest of
other mobile platforms, you have to rely on their official simulators or
emulators such as BlackBerry Simulators, Windows Phone Emulators, Opera Mini
Emulators, etc. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Unfortunately, these desktop based simulators and emulators
are only providing limited help in debugging the mobile issues, as they never
allow us to physically tap or touch the screen with our big or small fingers or
thumbs. They never allow us to rotate or flip the devices to see accelerometer
effects in real life. These are some real problems for real UX, which can only be
addressed through real mobile devices.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Role of Remote
Testing</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
It is true that Apple is releasing new set of iOS devices
each year along with new version of iOS. At other hand, Android is infamous for
its hardware and software fragmentation due to myriad of device manufacturers
and backward version of Android OS in use in the market. Thus, one thing is
obvious neither any individual developer nor any company can afford to buy such
heap of devices with big budget. In due course, remote testing labs are
offering remote testing services at affordable rates, which are either a
community with a pool of devices or through a pool of some manufacturing
companies. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
For instance, Samsung’s Remote Test Lab enables you to test
variety of Samsung devices using web-based interface to interact with real
physical devices and get feedback through remote monitoring software or screen
cast sent back to your machine. Keynote Mobile Testing and Open Device Lab are
other options to use for remote testing.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Remote Debugging</b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If you do not want to use remote testing lab option, for
many minor and real-time issues are arising frequently, during your course of
mobile app development, you have another option to connect your real mobile
devices with your development machines using USB like cable connector or
Bluetooth like wireless connection. Thus, you will inspect your source code
in-action on the real mobile device on your development machine and correct
them immediately. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
For iOS devices, Apple has introduced Web Inspector tool in
Safari for devices that corresponds with desktop Safari browser and let you
perform your debugging tasks easily and in cheap ways. There are wide ranges of
developer tools in Web Inspector of Safari that enable you to tap even DOM
elements on your mobile devices and access DOM information on your desktop.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Similarly, for Android Google has introduced powerful Chrome
Developer Tools in its Chrome browsers of mobile as well as desktops. Thus, you
can leverage tons of debugging tools like DOM inspector, Network panel for
external resources, Source panel for JavaScript inspection as well as to set
breakpoints, and JavaScript console for entire set of JavaScript related
debugging.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Unfortunately, not all mobile application developers are
accustomed with such remote debugging tools for real world mobile user
experiences issues. Thus, they can’t address excellent user experiences in
their mobile app development projects. Fortunately, Lujayn has updated team of <a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/hire-mobile-application-developer.html">mobile
developers</a> who can address your UX related issues beautifully with
cost-effective ways.</div>

In the last <a href="https://bestjoomladevelopmentcompany.wordpress.com/2014/11/30/let-us-comprehend-cubi-a-user-experience-model-part-5/"><b><i>5th
part</i></b></a> of this series, we have seen interaction designing for UX in
the UX designing CUBI model. Before it, we have seen the role of content in the
UX in <a href="https://bestjoomladevelopmentcompany.wordpress.com/2014/11/20/let-us-comprehend-cubi-a-user-experience-model-part-2/"><b><i>second
part</i></b></a>, while in <a href="http://lujayninfoways.blogspot.in/2014/11/let-us-comprehend-cubia-user-experience.html"><b><i>third
part</i></b></a>, we have seen how to integrate user goals in the UX design and
about business goals in the <a href="http://lujayninfoways.tumblr.com/post/103880855404/let-us-comprehend-cubi-a-user-experience-model"><b><i>fourth
part</i></b></a>. Now, keeping our journey continue in the exploration of CUBI
model for UX designers, we will analyze which factors are influencing the user
experiences on web and mobile software products and across the diverse screens.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Today usability is prime area where we focus the most, but
user experiences are something more than that and rewarding better than mere
usability of the product. Thus, apart from the above described layers in the
CUBI model, we have to understand and learn about the some important factors
that highly influencing the UX designing process while we use CUBI model. Let’s
check this user experience factors under the umbrella of CUBI model. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Branding Experience
in UX Design<o:p></o:p></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Our general perception of brand is many times limiting up to
logo, color theme, and some designing elements. However, in UX designing,
branding is not up to visual identity, but extending up to tonality and totality
of the brand experiences at every touch point for users. Therefore, it is
drawing quite broad picture of branding in any UX design hence it is the most
challenging factor for the UX designers where they have to extend their reach
at all business processes, business components, communication, transactions,
production, and final outcomes of the business. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Comprehensiveness
Experience in UX Design<o:p></o:p></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Comprehensive means understanding, clarity, unclutteredness,
and organization. If your product design is following the above traits in the
design, you can say that you are giving comprehensive experiences to your
end-users in the products/software. In due course, you have to make your design
scannable, categorized, labeled, and with lack of any ambiguity at all. Thus,
it is imperative to avoid excessive corporate lingo, jargon, slang, or
unreadable messages at all steps and touch point of the design and organization
experiences.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Usefulness Experience
in UX Design<o:p></o:p></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If your client organization or its end-users don’t feel any
usefulness of your product then you are wasting your time and client’s money
both. Therefore, your UX design should address target audience, their needs,
and empower them to be productive to achieve their intended user goals and
business goals efficiently. If your product is useful or your design proves its
usefulness then you will see some tangible changes in their behaviors, actions

Now we have enough
understanding of the differences between client-side and server-side

<u><a href="http://lujayninfoways.blogspot.in/2014/08/dont-make-convoluted-code-part-1.html" target="_top"><i><b>previous
part</b></i></a></u>.</div>
<br />
<br />
Let's explore the real life scenario
through an example code where PHP code has messed up with the
JavaScript code in a website programming document.
<br />
<br />
<pre><pre style="line-height: 0.18in;"><code><span style="color: maroon;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US"><script</span></span></span></span></code><code><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US"> </span></span></span></span></code><code><span style="color: red;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US">type</span></span></span></span></code><code><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US">=</span></span></span></span></code><code><span style="color: blue;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US">"text/javascript"</span></span></span></span></code><code><span style="color: maroon;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US">></span></span></span></span></code>

<code><span style="color: maroon;"><span style="font-family: Consolas, Menlo, Monaco, 'Lucid;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span lang="en-US"></script></span></span></span></span></code></pre>
</pre>
<br />
our hire dedicated programmer team
has created and run this test code and unfortunately browser has
responded in wired way. It displayed '42' placed into the PHP code,
instead of 'bar' put into the JavaScript code.<br />
<br />
<br />
Let's dissect the code in to two
fragments. One is JavaScript code and another is PHP code placed as
nested code in JavaScript code. As we know that JavaScript code is
falling in to the client-side code category. Whereas PHP code is
purely server-side code. I am using word 'purely' as PHP never runs
on the client devices at all while JavaScript code may created as the
ensue of server-side scripting and server many times send JavaScript
code embedding into the HTML documents to get desired results.
Therefore, we can't say that JavaScript code is not found on the
server. However, server don't need to run JS in most cases and simply
generate it or packed with HTML docs.<br />
<br />
<br />
With this understanding let's see
what happened with our example code closely. When we run this code to
test, it reaches to the server and run the PHP code first in the
server. Once the PHP code execution finishing or PHP scripts end up,
server stops the running any code and return the results obtained
through PHP code compilations. There are no chances of running
JavaScript on the server at all. Moreover, the returning results also
missing the original JavaScript code so you only getting the results
of PHP code executions in the browsers of the clients.<br />
<br />
<br />
Therefore, in our example code we
don't get any results for the 'foo' variable written in JavaScript.
Whereas server run the part of script located in between the
<?php...?> tags only and send alert 42 in return. Therefore,
only alert call works and foo variable missing at all. However, this
was a simple example code, but when you need to pass the variable or
any sort of data written in between the JavaScript there is a
programming trick.
<br />
<br />
<br />
You have to rely on the Ajax code
means you have to call server via Ajax requests for any kind of
dynamic data or you have to put data into the source code of the
page, if they are static data so it can be processed with JavaScript.
The later technique of embedding in to JavaScript is bit complicated
and demands adequate knowledge of converting data into the
server-side scripting for further processing.<br />
<br />
<br />
Conclusively, I can say that if you
have any ambiguity regarding to the server-side and client-side
scripting and their rules of using in practice, you will end up with
convoluted code and prove your code a headache for QA team or for the
maintenance team in future. Therefore, our<a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/hire-dedicated-programmers.html"><i><u><b>

such code understanding and best coding practices prevailing in the

<br />
Today we are living in fiercely
competitive environment on outsourcing horizon and we need to create
products with high quality with least investment of time and
resources. All quality software products need standard coding with
the best programming practices. If anything goes wrong in code, it
may lead to frequent debugging. In other words, it proves waste of
time and resources behind non-productive work.<br />
<br />
However, best
programming skills come with prolonged experiences and thorough
understanding of technologies, tools, and techniques. At Lujayn, the
team leaders of our <u><a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/hire-dedicated-programmers.html" target="_top"><i><b>hire
dedicated programmers</b></i></a></u><i><u><b>
</b></u></i>departments frequently do
complains regarding to the lack of proper understanding of
programming in junior web developers. Therefore, they always avoid
their participation at critical levels and let them to learn things
correctly and in righteous manners.
<br />
<br />
Among such complains I have sort out
one that is surfacing frequently in discussions. Let me translate
that in words. It is lack of understanding of differences between
client side programming and server side programming. Thus, they tend
to mix up the server side code in to client side code and vice verso.
This convoluted code trigger unexpected results and some tough to
detect bugs in the products at the end of the project. Let me explain
this in details.
<br />
<br />
<h3>
Understanding of Server-side and Client-side
Programming</h3>
<h4>
Understanding Client-Server Terms</h4>
When we use the website or web
application or a web app on mobiles, we have two parties working
behind the display of web interface on your devices. The first one is
your device itself and another is web server that communicate with
your devices using HTTP protocol or other modern ways/protocols we
can say cloud-computing technologies. Let’s stick to the HTTP
protocol for ease in understanding.<br />
<br />
Technically, server is a single
entity, which is located at remote and central place and
communicating with the innumerable devices across the world using
Internet. Its prime role is to server the web pages or web interfaces
of web applications. These web pages or web interfaces are displaying
on the various devices with browsers.<br />
<br />
These browser enabled devices term as
clients, the clients of the server, which are using the services of
the server. No doubt, in a broad concept, not all the client devices
need browsers to use services and HTTP to communicate, modern web
services in particular. For sake of simplicity, we avoid all
exceptions and stick with HTTP and browser concepts.<br />
<br />
Now, we know about client and server
terms with their respective roles. Let’s check what happens at the
code level during the client-server communication. At first place,
client wants to see the web page in browser to meet its needs on the
web. In due course, client sending request for a particular website
by typing URL in browser using HTTP protocol.<br />
<br />
<h4>
Processes on the Server</h4>
This request is
reaching to the server and server begins processing on it. It find
out the source code of the requested website in its
databases/storage/memory. Server <i>Runs</i>
the source code and create an output in form of HTML or other
standard forms, which can render on the browsers of the client
devices across the world.<br />
<br />
In next step,
server send the website code to the client device and now client
device/its browser, turns it into the human visible web pages on the
screen of device. When device render the code sent by server it
<i>processes</i>
on it
<br />
<br />
<h4>
Server-side Scripts</h4>
In above scenario, we have seen that
server runs the source code on its machines using its own
mechanisms/compilers. During this process on server, some code turns
into the different forms in output files or omitted from the
inclusion in to the output. Therefore, they term as server-side code
or programming and PHP, ASP.NET, C++, C#, Java, ROR, Perl, etc. are
claiming as server-side scripts/languages in web development
industries.<br />
<br />
This server-side scripts do following
actions on server and triggers outputs accordingly.<br />
<ul>
<li>
Its first and foremost function
is to process the user inputs
</li>
<li>
Create pages for clients to
display
</li>
<li>
Structure or frame the web
application
</li>
<li>
interact with databases</li>
</ul>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h4>
Processes on the Client</h4>
Once user start using client devices,
she put some input to process and create a request to send to the
respective server. When server in return send the outputs to the
client, its process on its and interpret the code and render it in
browsers or interfaces, which are human readable. The performance of
client depends on that what the code is coming back to the client
from the server and what the capacities of the client devices to
process it. Due to known constraints of mobile devices, responsive
designers and programmers prefer to have more processes on the
server, while in case of big sister devices web programmers go
leeway.<br />
<br />
<h4>
Client-side Scripts</h4>
As we know that server is mainly
sending markups and styles in return of the requests made by clients.
Therefore, HTML and CSS are main forms of code need to be rendered on
the client or browsers. However, server also send JavaScript in some
responses along with HTML and CSS. Today other scripts mainly based
on JS libraries like jQuery, Media Query, etc. are in use for dynamic
and interactive website or web applications for multiple screens.<br />
<br />
No doubt, the king is still
JavaScript and it always renders on the client devices therefore, it
creates great confusions for the newbie developers when they embed
the JS code in HTML along with other PHP code. In next part, we will
see some practical problems and try to understand the differences
between server-side and client-side programming paradigm.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Browsers As A Web Development Tool</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Exploring the Internet is
not possible without the browsers on any device, be it on desktops or on tiny
smartphones. Technically browsers render the code and enable us to view the outcome
of our source. Therefore, we initially and still today use browsers as the
instruments to view source.<br />
<br />
Since the beginning,
browsers are performing this basic need of view source by providing enough
tools. Just like other technologies on the web sphere, browsers too evolved
with the pace of time and now many experts eyeing to make it a web development
tool with some amazing capacities. Before discussing on the debate of browsers
as a web development tool, let’s check its evolution history.<br />
<br />
<h3>
Evolution of Browser Technologies</h3>
As we know browsers
have used as an instrument to view source. When we view source along with its
rendering results, we simply learn one or two things in our coding and its
debugging by experimenting with code and its tools. Therefore, browsers act as
a learning tool rather than building tool. Thus, I can say that when we
intended to write or test our scripts or markup in browser, we have many
limitations.<br />
<br />
Technically, when you
are going to write code, using JavaScript, you need to have a controlled environment
against the inherited run-time environment of the browser. We need these
because we have to insert the breakpoints, run and pause code, and test code
line-by-line during our writing and testing procedure during web development.<br />
<br />
Of course, these are
some of the basic functions in web development, but now our advance web development
demands more things to do very intricate ways and using highly advanced tools
in an established IDE. Therefore, I advocate refraining from browsers to
establish as a web development tool. No doubt, Firebug of Mozilla was an
evolutionary add-on to offer such intricate debugging capacities to the
browsers. Firebug was making writing code easy, debugging JavaScript, inspect
DOM, and watching styles applied to the particular node of HTML.<br />
<br />
Later on Google has
achieved same capabilities in Chrome using its developer tools and begun a new
era of offering developer tools in each modern browser. In fact, the craze of
developers tools seems somewhat illogical, as we have highly advanced standalone
separate IDEs to perform our writing and even testing tasks quickly and
accurately. Why we should run behind the browsers like things were challenges
are infinite and progress is slow?<br />
<br />
<h3>
Where Are We Heading To</h3>
If we want to integrate
our run-time testing tools of browsers with the controlled environment of IDEs
like tools then we are at right path to incorporate writing and testing tools
in the name of developer tools in the browsers. Fortunately, today we have
several developer tools such as for DOM inspecting, speed auditors, coding
panels, JavaScript consoles, memory profiles, text editors, screenshot takers,
color eyedroppers with advance functionality.<br />
<br />
Now, question is that
should we think of visual CSS editors, accessibility auditors, or an entire
FTP/SFTP client in the browsers. What about the size of source code of
browsers, their performance, and their basic functionality to render code? Should
we send every process to the servers to save clients and their resources? Are we
heading towards miniature of browsers in tiny handsets still capable to do
entire coding of a website or web application using server resources and cloud
technologies?<br />
<br />
<h3>
Do You Have Answers</h3>
If you have answers of
the some of the questions regarding browsers and their usage in web development
let’s have chat on instant messengers of our web development team at Lujayn and

I think title of the blog may seems odd I am talking about the
rhythm and even in the website or mobile app designing. No,
definitely it is not wrong at all because I am talking about the
rhythm of user experiences.<br />
<br />
<h3 class="western">
Rhythm in Design</h3>
When our user begins her journey in your design, she should have
consistent user experiences. Things must go easy, comfortable,
familiar (if not should be guided properly), and quickly. We
shouldn't leave any space to think your user more on any step, she
should have easy flow with your UIs and should have smooth
interactions with your design, layout, etc. These are the things I
refer as rhythm in design.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
When we talk about the user interfaces in website or mobile app,
the subject become wide and out of scope of this blog to cover.
Therefore, today I shall talk about only the e-commerce website or
mobile app that is offering checkout process because that is the most
critical step in e-commerce designing as the highest percentage of
shoppers abandon cart on these steps only.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
Let's see what we should consider in order to keep the rhythm of
our users during checkout process.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
<h3 class="western">
Overall Presentation of E-commerce</h3>
The journey or our user is beginning with the entry on the landing
page, be it home page, product page, or any other page on the
e-commerce storefront. Therefore, if you site doesn't have good
presentation and consistency throughout all pages or UIs, your
visitor will feel break in her rhythm.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
Therefore, determine design consistency and user experiences on
entire site or app first so you will keep rhythm of browsing intact
until your shopper is reaching the checkout process steps after
deciding about the purchase of your products. Once your shopper
enters on the checkout page or UI, please remove all other clutters,
and obstacles from the pages.<br />
<br />
<h3 class="western">
User Experiences on Checkout Pages</h3>
For instance, recently I have purchased something from a reputed
e-commerce site and found unusual difficulties during entire process.
Until I reached at the checkout page or stage the overall website
experiences were great and on the checkout page I was greeted by
friendly UI elements and presentations about the products, their
features, and relevant products available on the storefront.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
I was pleased to know all these things and after reading all those
stuff, I have inserted my card to make purchase and accomplished all
signing in process. Oops! At the end I had a slip of statement that
was talking about the failure of payment due to time-out.<br />
<br />
<h4 class="western">
Placing Obstacles in User Journey</h4>
Yes, I lost my valuable time of purchase in reading pleasant, but
unnecessary stuff before finishing my credit card sign in process.
Now, I have to reinvent the wheel again and pass through all
purchasing process, except leaving that distracting reading material.
This experiences have taught me to remover clutter and other obstacle
from the checkout pages or UI in order to accomplish the buying tasks
immediately.<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>
Other experience was with highly crowded user interfaces,
inconsistent styles of the UI, and unbalanced compositions of UI
elements.<br />
<br />
<h4 class="western">
Crowded Interfaces</h4>
For instance, on one page, I found tight page grid, small copy
that conveys nothing, and lack of enough white space to breath. These
things have broken my web browsing rhythm and I left that page
immediately. In another case, e-commerce web designer had used
red/orange grid lines and some links with same red colors. That had
made me to think about something had done wrong in my previous step
and I gone back to confirm that.<br />
<br />
<h4 class="western">
Unconventional Design</h4>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
In one more experience, I found form
field behaving in non-standard ways and causing shoppers to annoy. In
short, if you haven't tested your product frequently and in real
conditions with real use cases, you may have committed the sin of
breaking the browsing rhythms of your visitors and would lost
business in long run.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0in;">
<br /></div>

designing </b></u></i></a>project from such rhythm breaking

In previous <a href="http://bestjoomladevelopmentcompany.wordpress.com/2014/06/15/assure-a-successful-email-marketing-campaign-part-4/"><b><i>part </i></b></a><span class="MsoHyperlink"><b><i>4</i></b></span> of this series, we have explore the transactional
types of email marketing development and email marketing techniques.<br />
<br />
Now, in
this part, we hope to cover the most under-utilized types of email, educational
message types of email marketing.<o:p></o:p>
<br />
Yes, we are missing the best opportunities that can avail
simply by shooting our educational emails at regular intervals to the new
subscribers as well as our loyal patrons.<br />
<br />
It is true that we are highly relying
on promotional types of email marketing much to acquire customers, but seldom
think that simply depicting our services in such a manner that get introduction
to the services you provide and those indeed help to solve the problems of many
companies (B2B) and many individuals (B2C) alike.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
<h3>
How Lujayn Design Educational Emails<o:p></o:p></h3>
<br />
Since the educational types of emails need in-depth and the
most relevant type of content, we create a layout that represent the snippets
of the real content located on the web using its links. We also add the most
relevant image that truly represent the message of the linked content. Finally,
we give heading and taglines to those content blocks in effective manners using
the most appropriate keywords. Check our image of Monster’e educational emails.<o:p></o:p>
<br />
We create relevancy of your services that can solve the
problems of readers carefully with your content like articles, blogs, white
papers, infographics, or specially made educational materials on the web for
your company/brand such as video, free webinars, presentations, etc.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
<br />
Since we have space limitations in emails, we design in
compact manners and keep content intuitive and triggering interests through
bit-sized info. Thus, we force reader to click the link or button to get more
info from your original content located on the web.<o:p></o:p>
<br />
No doubt, we add mini-promotions in educational emails, but
take care to keep it subtle and unfocused through designing and content
depicting techniques.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
<b><i><u><a href="http://www.lujayninfoways.com/web-design-india.html">Email designers
at Lujayn</a></u></i></b> can design such educational emails for before sale or
after sale purposes too. We know how to educate visitors before launching a
product and after launch. We also can design services and maintenance or
product usage education emails for our patrons with latest HTML5, CSS, and advance
scripts. Our ways of delivering educational email messages are distraction free
and entice readers to click emails from the inbox to reach at the given links.<o:p></o:p>

In previous <a href="http://lujayninfoways.blogspot.in/2014/06/assure-successful-email-marketing.html"><b><i>part </i></b></a><span class="MsoHyperlink"><b><i>5</i></b></span> of this series, we have explore the educational email types of email designing for your email marketing campaigns. Now, in this part I would like to introduce you with the business event-based and personal occasion-based email marketing and email designing.<o:p></o:p>
<br />
<br />
<h3>
Business Event-based Email Designing at Lujayn<o:p></o:p></h3>
<br />
In traditional and modern businesses many events take place such as conferences, seminars, product and services unveils, presentations, and webinars. Most of them are local and involve physical participations, while in case of enterprises they are global and involving big audience.
Virtual events are not exceptions here. Therefore, we need run event based email marketing to make our events successful.<o:p></o:p>
<br />
<br />
<h4>
Trigger Email Campaign<o:p></o:p></h4>
<br />
However, event driven email campaign is differing many ways from the rest of email marketing types because unlike regular email marketing we need not to crafts the emails before and send them to selected groups of recipients with a schedule. In event-based email designing, we have to announce first our events loudly. <o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Afterwards, invite people to register proactively. Thus, we can know who is arriving and how as well as for which purposes at business side. Whereas recipient may know, which brands inviting them and what they will get there, along with incentives offered by various brands in a big participation event.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Since the data of participants or invitees should collect dynamic ways using websites or emails themselves, our tech job is increasing heavily in case of event driven email campaign. As we have to add, database related actions in emails and corresponding websites at designing and programming levels, and the whole campaign becomes a trigger-based email design with adequate knowledge of latest scripting including mobile technologies.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Lujayn has talented skilled email designers for such challenging programming techniques using responsive and native mobile touch based JavaScript and jQuery scripts with great experiences and robust designing at front end UIs.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
<h3>
Personal Event-based Email Designing at Lujayn<o:p></o:p></h3>
<br />
This is again differing from the business event-based email campaigns and falling in traditional types as this kind of email need a list of subscribers so we can select them to shoot our emails.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Due to stiff competitions in the market, each business have to keep itself on the top of their visitors and patrons using various marketing and goodwill building techniques. Wishing birthday or anniversary event of subscribers on time bases may help you a lot for long run.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Lujayn is using pre-collected data of the website visitors and subscribers or previous customers to know their birthdate, marriage, marriage anniversary, and other such delightful events of their personal lives to shoot such emails.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Expert email designers or web designers know how to decorate their email in contexts of the personal occasions or events and offer appropriate good wishes. Moreover, they offer various gifts through various Internet marketing techniques and keep the memory of brands alive in the minds of people once interacted with them. However, gathering birthdate is easy through signup process, but marriage and anniversary events dates need extra efforts using social media sites.<o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
